Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange it within 14 days ( from the date you receive it) without product being worn ( wear and tare). Product must be able to sell or return will not be accepted and money will not be refunded.

For the return package, please keep it in its original state. (uncombed, unworn, unwashed, no dyeing, don’t cut the lace, don’t change the style, and keep original package & gifts attached). Do not use your hands or tools to disrupt the curls or texture.

For your convenience, we recommend shipping packages back by UPS/USPS with a tracking number. Please pay the shipping fee. Without proof of shipment, we will not refund you, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Exchange:

1. Please return the products to us first. We will send the new products after we check them and find no problems.

2. Any excess payment will be refunded, and any deficiency will be repaid. If you want to exchange overvalued products, please pay for the extra; we will refund the overvalued part if you exchange low-value products.

3. If you urgently need an exchange, you can place a new order while returning the original item. We will process your refund once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our requirements.
